ABOUT OUR Gym
Empire Elite Athletics was founded in October of 2022. We began Empire with a vision to be accessible to every family, and provide every athlete with the ability to pursue something they love. We are a family-centered gym with the expertise to support every athlete and and help them achieve their individual goals. Our staff has been serving, coaching, and teaching the youth of the Upper Cumberland for a combined total of 50 years. We'd love to have you and your family at our gym!

Meet The Staff
Alyssa Wheeler
Alyssa is the onsite gym and staff manager. She also coaches 3 of our all-star cheer squads! Her passion lies in loving every athlete and helping them achieve goals that they set for themselves!
Tessa Wheeler
Tessa is a high school student who has recently dove into coaching. She will be assisting on tumbling classes and our all-star prep teams. Tessa has a special gift for working with kids of all ages!
Katelyn Rimmer
Katelyn is an experienced coach who coaches 2 all-star teams, runs tumble classes, and works with our school squads. She has a wealth of knowledge and a passion to help every athlete be the best they can can be!
Trent Nash
Trent is a stunt guru with many years of coaching experience. He coaches 2 all-star teams and runs our coed stunt classes. Trent is an amazing mentor to every athlete he works with!
Cassidy Wheeler
Cassidy is a seasoned instructor with a gift for teaching. She coaches 2 all-star teams and runs tumble classes at EEA. She has the biggest heart and truly loves every athlete she works with!

If you know which class you want to try out, come to the next available class time that works for your schedule! This will be your free trial class! We ask that you show up 15 min early to fill out a waiver and get acclimated to our space! If you are unsure which class would be the right fit for you, please give us a call or shoot us an email!
